Rich Pruett
Director of Performance
Rich Pruett first came to Exos serving as a performance intern in 2012 for the Gulf Breeze, Florida location. In 2023 Rich joined the Exos team full time as the Director of Performance for the Phoenix, Arizona location. Between his time as an intern and performance director, Rich served as the Director of Sports Performance for University of North Georgia Athletics from 2012-2023, in Dahlonega, Georgia. Throughout his tenure in sports performance he has supported the development of individuals and teams within the military, youth, collegiate, and professional athletic realms. Rich earned a doctorate in leadership and higher education in 2022 and a masters of exercise science in 2015 from the University of North Georgia. He also holds a bachelors in exercise science from Georgia State University. During his down time, Rich enjoys adventures in the Arizona mountains with his family.

Nicholas Hill started at Exos in 2016 as an intern before taking a full-time performance specialist position with the company. He played football at a junior college before earning a full ride to Eastern New Mexico University. After two years in New Mexico and experiencing some injuries, he fell in love with coaching.

In 2021 Jaime came to exos serving as one of our pro elite performance specialists for the Phoenix, Arizona location. Prior to exos, Jaime was the performance director with professional NHL teams. Jaime brings nearly 20 years of Performance experience having worked with NHL, NBA, NFL, military and collegiate athletes. Jaime earned a Masters of Science in Applied Sports Science Analytics in 2022, and a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Lasell University.

GARRETT KENDALL, PT, DPT, ATC, CSCS
Performance Physical Therapy Manager
Garrett completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Wingate University, where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He was 4-year letterman for Wingate University’s NCAA DII lacrosse team. Before returning to complete his doctorate degree program, Garrett worked as a certified athletic trainer for several years within the Upstate of South Carolina. During this time he was the head athletic trainer for 2 different local community schools, while also providing sports medicine coverage for USA cycling, USA karate, and other community events. Garrett holds several certifications in Functional Movement Techniques (FMT) via RockTape, Blood Flow Restriction, Functional Dry Needling (FDN), sports manual therapy via Institute of Athlete Regeneration, and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Garrett’s passion for Sport Physical Therapy is fueled by his previous experiences working with the active population and his love for sports.
ABIGAIL PELLETT PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Performance Physical Therapist
Abigail completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin where she also completed her B.S. in Psychology and participated as a 4 year letterman for Carroll University’s Women’s Tennis Team. After graduate school, Abigail completed an APTA accredited Sports Residency in Greenville, SC through ATI Physical Therapy and Steadman Hawkins Clinic of the Carolinas. Abigail has experience working in the athletic training room and on the sideline for North Greenville University Football, Greenville High School sporting events, The United States Tennis Association, and community adult/youth recreational sports. Through EXOS, Abigail has also gained experience working with tactical athletes including military personnel, police officers, and fire fighters, as well as professional athletes in all sports. Abigail is a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapy Specialist (SCS) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She holds additional certifications in Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Crossfit Level 1 (CF-L1), and Applied Performance Coach Certified Level 1 (APC). Abigail has completed additional continuing education in Postural Restoration, Spinal Manipulation, Functional Range Conditioning, and Blood Flow Restriction. Abigail enjoys helping athletes at all levels of training and appreciates the collaboration between strength and conditioning, nutrition, and physical therapy to return athletes back to sport.
Matt Buckley, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Performance Physical Therapist
Matt joins the Exos staff after spending his previous years as the team physical therapist and assistant strength coach for the Detroit Red Wings. Originally from Chicago, IL, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Drake University in 2012, where he was also a 4 year member of the football team. He then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2016. In his free time he enjoys spending time with friends, his wife and kids, traveling, fishing, and pretty much everything else outdoors. He is also a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also a Certified Functional Dry Needling practitioner.
MICHELLE KAZMIER, PT, DPT, SCS
Performance Physical Therapist
Michelle completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University and her B.S. in Physiological Sciences at UCLA. She earned her SCS (Sports Certified Specialist) after completing residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She has experience working in the athletic training room and on the sideline for the Pittsburgh Steelers, UCLA Division I Women’s Water Polo and Women’s Gymnastics, Carnegie Mellon University Division III Football, as well as a variety of youth sporting events and camps. During her time at Exos she has also had ample opportunity to work with tactical athletes including police, fire, and military personnel. Additionally, she has experience performing running gait analyses with endurance athletes and is eager to start an official gait analysis program to Exos. Michelle has received formal certifications for Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR). She has completed a significant amount of continuing education covering the topics of strength and conditioning, manual therapy techniques, and running analysis. Michelle is eager to work with patients of all backgrounds and empower them with the education, tools, and guidance they need to reach their goals.

Ariah Fish
Performance Dietitian
Ariah Fish joined Exos in 2021 as a performance dietitian. In her role Ariah provides nutrition counseling to everyone from NHL, MLB, and NFL players to collegiate athletes and high-performing adults. Outside of work she enjoys lifting and exploring Phoenix. Ariah received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from University of Delaware, and she’s currently pursuing a master’s degree in exercise science from Concordia University.
