Group training
If you like high-energy, you’ll love these dynamic, 60-minute classes. Our coaches incorporate mobility, movement-based strength training, interval-based cardio, nutrition coaching, and more.

Semi-private training
More personal than group classes, semi-private training helps you develop proper form for athletic performance. This option includes nutrition coaching and unlimited access to group training classes.

Personalized experience
Don’t live near an Exos facility? This multiday, on-site experience includes one-on-one training sessions, a personalized nutrition plan, pre- and post-workout supplements, and a massage.

Physical therapy services
