One of the world’s foremost experts on performance, Mark is the founder and president of Exos. In his role he focuses on elevating performance globally, overseeing the continual Exos evolution to raise up all of the company’s clients. He’s a global keynote speaker and the author of six books and numerous research articles.
His 30 years of experience includes being the founder and president of IMG Academy’s International Performance Institute and serving as a performance and nutrition coach for Washington State University, University of Idaho, and Georgia Tech. Mark has also served as the performance director of the NFL Players Association for 22 years.
Sarah Robb O’Hagan took the helm at Exos in 2020 as chief executive officer. In this new era of the business, she’s leading Exos’ transformation from predominantly gym-based services, to a fully omnichannel performance programs and coaching platform. Prior to Exos she served as CEO of Flywheel, global president of Equinox and Gatorade, and held leadership roles at iconic brands like Virgin and Nike.
Sarah is the author of “Extreme YOU”, a book to help unleash potential in ambitious leaders, and she’s been named one of Forbes’ Most Powerful Women in Sports and one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business. She sits on the boards of JetBlue Airways and Strava, and is a trustee emeritus of the Women’s Sports Foundation.
With Exos since 2020, Greg Hill is the company’s chief people officer. By advocating for and supporting the development of Exos team members, he leads people operations, talent acquisition, and culture development.
His 30 years of experience includes leading people and workforce strategies for Equinox, SoulCycle, Wyndham, Starwood and Hyatt Hotels. He is the former chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s Labor Council and he studied human resources management at Niagara University.
With Exos since 2014, Bill Bourque serves as the company’s chief operations officer. As COO he leads the development, evolution, and delivery of solutions to Exos clients, including facility design, operations, and business development.
He previously served as the president and COO of Medifit and vice president of operations for Fitcorp. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in exercise science and earned an MBA from Northeastern University.
Jeff Sassone is the chief performance officer at Exos, leading the performance team in supporting practitioner education, product development, and thought leadership.
His 28 years of experience includes 14 years with Exos plus time as part of the strength and conditioning staff at the University of Illinois and as the performance director at IMG Academy and Velocity Sports. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in sports science and a master’s degree in kinesiology.
Trevor Vigfusson joined Exos in 2018 as chief financial officer. As CFO he leads the company’s financial planning, analytics, and controlling efforts in support of key growth and profitability strategies.
He also oversees key investments, annual operating plans, and ROI-driven investment decisions. With 30 years of experience, he previously worked at Nike, Gap, and American Eagle Outfitters. He has a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington and earned an MBA from Emory University.
With Exos since 2020, TJ Abrams is the company’s chief marketing officer. As CMO he leads marketing, communications, and brand strategies to drive growth and build the internal and external Exos brand.
With nearly 20 years of experience, he was named one of Forbes’ Top 50 CMOs To Watch in 2021 and previously held roles at Coca-Cola, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Lowe’s Home Improvement. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Duke University.
Yvette Pasqua joined Exos in 2020 as chief technology officer. She sets the company’s technology strategy and vision so her team can empower Exos coaches and customers with world-class products. She leads the product, design, data, and engineering capabilities with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and using data to launch products that our customers value.
Yvette previously led product and engineering at companies like Haven and Meetup, and product development for brands like Google and Starbucks. She is a member of the New York CTO Club and an advisor at Chloe Capital, a VC firm investing in women-led innovation companies.
Ryan Kaps has been with Exos since 2019 and serves as the general manager of Exos Perform. In this role he’s leading a team to deliver solutions to high performers in the workplace. Ryan’s background includes business consulting, product design and development, tech entrepreneurship, and IP.
Prior to Exos he founded motion analysis and insights brand Blast Motion and led a consultancy focused on brand and product development. Ryan was educated at Weber State University and University of Washington.
Allison Schoop joined Exos in 2020 as senior vice president of strategy and planning. Through a consumer-obsessed lens, she helps imagine and build new experiences, products, and businesses designed to disrupt the status quo, win hearts, and drive sustainable growth.
Allison brings more than 15 years of experience to Exos defining brands like Disney, Equinox, Gatorade, Uber, and Instagram. She holds a degree in finance from Miami University.
With Exos since 2020, Sheila Monaghan serves as vice president of content and programming. In this role she’s building a team that will take Exos’ methodology and synthesize it into compelling, consumer-facing content and programs to support the company’s solutions and populations.
Sheila brings 16 years of experience to Exos, including eight years building a digital media property at Equinox and time spent as a health and fitness editor at a variety of publications. She earned a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross.
Scott Barbour joined Exos in 2021 as senior vice president of sales. He’s responsible for sales strategy, execution, and acts as the voice of the consumers to ensure Exos decisions create the most value for customers. Prior to Exos, Scott served as Emtrain’s vice president of sales and strategy, leading a successful transition from small business to enterprise-focused business during his tenure.
He’s also launched and led a new business segment for BetterUp as vice president of sales, held a number of leadership roles at LinkedIn during a time of hypergrowth, and spent nearly a decade at Korn Ferry in various strategic and operational roles. Scott holds a bachelor of science degree in management information systems from the University of Texas at Arlington.
