Our 31,000 square-foot performance training location in Phoenix is equipped to train athletes of all ages and sports. Exos Phoenix is a state-of-the-art sports performance training center with weight room, turf field, pool, cold plunge, massage room, athletes’ lounge, batting cages, on-site kitchen, classrooms for education, physical therapy clinic, on-site nutrition specialist and sports science areas.

Spring Break Training - Special Offer

🗓️ March 9-20, 2026
⏱️ 4:00-5:30pm, Monday - Thursday

Join Exos for speed, strength and conditioning training during your athlete's Spring Break.

Special offer: $200/ week. No long-term contracts or commitments.

Bring cleats, flat shoes and a water bottle. Registration must be completed prior to arrival.

Throughout the Spring season, our performance training facility provides science-backed, sport-specific speed, strength, and conditioning for athletes of all levels across sports.

With package options including 4 or 10 weeks, and training frequency from 1-4x/week, we  complement your athlete's schedule.
