Our 31,000 square-foot performance training location in Phoenix is equipped to train athletes of all ages and sports, including football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, soccer, tennis, golf, hockey, track and field, and more. Exos in Phoenix features a fully equipped and state-of-the-art performance training center, turf field, pool, cold plunge, massage room, athletes’ lounge, batting cages, on-site kitchen, classrooms for education, physical therapy clinic, on-site nutrition specialist and sports science areas.

Fall Training packages available for athletes ages 13+ and include speed, strength and conditioning training.

COLLEGE ATHLETES

As a college athlete, your training experience starts with a series of evaluations that inform how you’ll work with our elite coaches to achieve your best performance.
Late Summer / Fall Semester Training packages are available to current and incoming college athletes, and include: speed/strength/conditioning training, sport science evaluations and data tracking, pre/post-workout supplementation, full use of Exos recovery tools, body composition analysis and tracking, and Exos gear.
