What to Expect
You’ll receive emails at the beginning of each week outlining the activities and expectations required of your talent. Use them as guides to support your talent as they progress throughout the program.

Week over week, members can expect…

  • An average of 2 to 4 hours of work per week. Lessons and Practices typically take five to 20 minutes to complete.

  • One mandatory Team Huddle or 1:1 coaching session. Team Huddles are 60 minutes in length and occur during the workday. Your talent will need to block off the time in their calendars in order to attend. If Team Huddles are missed, 1:1 coaching sessions are required. They are also highly suggested in weeks three and six of the program.

  • Opportunities for virtual 1:1 personalized coaching sessions. Our Exos Mindset coaches are always available to answer questions or provide further guidance in order to personalize the experience for each member.

In order to graduate, members must attend five out of seven Team Huddles and finish four out of six Pursuits.
