As founder and president of EXOS, he has served as the NFLPA’s performance director for 18 years and is the author of six books.
Sarah Robb O’Hagan leads the company’s management and strategy. She has served as the global president of Gatorade and Equinox as well as CEO of Flywheel Sports, and she’s held leadership positions at Nike and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Named one of Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women in Sports,” she is also the author of “Extreme You: Step Up. Stand Out. Kick Ass. Repeat.”
As chief performance officer, Jeff Sassone oversees the company’s performance team to define and evolve its methodology, enabling practitioners to produce outcomes for clients. He has coached athletes for nearly 20 years, working closely with Mark Verstegen. Sassone has a master’s from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s from the University of South Florida.
As chief operations officer of EXOS, Bill Bourque leads the operations team to develop, implement, and deliver services, resulting in meaningful outcomes and high levels of engagement and satisfaction. Previously, he was president and COO of MediFit. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts and earned his MBA from Northeastern University.
As CFO of EXOS, Trevor Vigfusson leads the finance and accounting teams to help create, drive, and support profitable, brand accretive growth. Previously, he served in various leadership roles at Nike, and brings experience with other high-growth companies such as Gap and American Eagle Outfitters. Trevor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.

Hill brings more than 30 years of experience leading people and workforce strategies at companies that include Hyatt, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Worldwide, and Equinox.
