Employees at this high-profile investment firm reported having muscle or joint pain, poor sleep quality, low activity levels, and poor diets, all of which can threaten work performance, health, and happiness.

The investment firm approached EXOS for an integrated wellness program to remedy these conditions and foster a work-life culture that allows employees to be as engaged with their families at 8 p.m. as they are with their co-workers at 8 a.m. They sought a workplace wellness solution that incorporated nutrition, fitness, and wellness support that employees would actually use.

EXOS integrated mindset, nutrition, movement, and recovery solutions to improve employee health and performance in a demanding industry.

Employees now benefit from a full spectrum of EXOS resources including an on-site performance center with coach-led personalized training and group exercise programs. The EXOS performance café serves made-to-order meals, and employees have access to nutrition resources and dietitians, as well as digital education tools and workouts.

At the on-site performance center, employees can exercise solo or sign up for personal training sessions and group exercise classes led by EXOS performance specialists.
The one-of-a-kind culinary experience included a culinary team, nutrition consultations, and personalized meals in the on-site performance café.
Before the official launch, the leadership team went through the full experience so they could encourage others to incorporate EXOS' solutions into their everyday lives.
