A Fortune 100 finance company wanted to update their headquarters and on-site fitness center to create a holistic, healthy experience for their employees.

The Story

As part of a large-scale renovation of their headquarters, the company wanted to refresh the employee fitness experience and replace their outdated facility. They tapped EXOS, their long-standing fitness center staffing and management partner, to help make the updates.

The goal was a new state-of-the-art facility that provided a combination of technology, equipment, and member services that employees couldn’t get anywhere else in the city.

After closing their old, outdated facility, EXOS worked side-by-side with the company to create a refreshed experience and plan a large grand opening for the new facility as part of a larger remodel.

EXOS provided support with facility design, member experience, services offered, equipment recommendations and layout, technology recommendations and installation, and an expanded staffing model.

EXOS also deployed a robust marketing and communications campaign to generate buzz and excitement about the new offerings leading up to the facility’s grand opening.
