Designed to support and enhance the benefits already provided to former players by the NFLPA, The Trust empowers players to take charge of their health, career, finances, and growth. Retired players have access to a variety of programs within The Trust, including the Intensive Restorative Training and Breakfast Club programs.
For former players needing a bit more attention, the Intensive Restorative Training program provides restorative training and therapy in a supportive team setting at an EXOS facility. This includes training, unlimited physical therapy, one-on-one nutrition consultations, two meals per day, travel, accommodations, and other benefits.
An extension of the Intensive Restorative Training program, the Breakfast Club is a six-week program offered throughout the U.S. that provides customized workouts, physical therapy, and nutrition, plus breakfasts with former teammates. For former players who don’t live near an EXOS location, the Breakfast Club is an opportunity for them to benefit from our services in their own community.
Not quite ready to hang up the uniform? For released players looking to get back in the game, it’s what they do during downtimes that can determine their ability to get back on the field. The Trust’s Released Player program allows players to maintain peak performance with up to 72 weeks of access to elite performance training.
Players with two or more credited seasons are eligible to participate in The Trust.
